Nishika co-founded Baier Associates alongside Benjamin Baier to create a specialist technical executive search brand for the alternative investment management industry with a uniquely streamlined, collaborative and transparent process, bringing nearly a decade of experience carrying out senior executive and board level recruitment for the investment management industry across Europe, USA and Asia. Staying at the forefront of industry developments, she regularly attends industry events such as the Alt Credit COO Summit in London and the HFM Billion Dollar Leaders Summit in New York, and has carried out speaking engagements on hiring practices within the alternative investment management industry, including at the LPGP Private Debt Conference in London. Nishika primarily carries out Front Office Searches, including all Distribution and Investments hiring for Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit, Private Debt, Real Estate and Infrastructure funds, along with Institutional and Wealth Managers and Family Offices. She is also specialized in bespoke Talent Pipelining projects, Team Lift-Outs and Non-Executive Board level placements. Her expertise includes Compensation Benchmarking, Retention strategy and Diversity Equity and Inclusion policy.

Nishika previously built out the Distribution and Asset Raiser Practice as a Senior Consultant at the award-winning hedge fund executive search firm One Ten Associates in London. Prior to this she carried out fully retained executive search and team build-outs at Stonehaven International, where she worked across the Asset Management and Alternative Investments, Investment Banking and Technology practices and carried out a global C-Suite Talent Pipelining project for the portfolio companies of a trillion dollar private equity fund.

Nishika holds a LLB (Hons) degree from University College London, a MSc in Management from Durham University and Executive Education on Human Capital Strategy from the Yale School of Management.
