What makes our offering so uniquely high quality, is that unlike our competitors, the experienced Partner pitching the client for their business, will run the entire process without outsourcing or delegating any candidate interaction researchers, analysts or associates.

From the outset, the Partner collaborates with the client to define the universe of candidates and creates a “long list”; then personally approaches candidates for the “short list” to ensure the best talent is successfully engaged at the outset and not arbitrarily lost due to mismanagement; and thereafter, effectively manages the process through to negotiation of the “Offer” to successfully close the candidate.

Avoiding fragmentation of the Search process by having complete origination and execution ownership of every stage by the same Partner, allows for the most informed, cohesive and efficient process, to seamlessly, smoothly and successfully convert the clients requirements into a final placement.

To maintain our quality we commit to :

  • No Partner commencing more than 5 Searches simultaneously
  • Capping at 45 Searches a year
  • Providing a minimum of 50% diverse candidates on our shortlists
